Since we began receiving these reports, we have repeatedly requested that our distributors, clients, and users refrain from selling or using these defective or fake products. However, it is proving extremely challenging to eradicate this issue; we will continue to raise awareness with you.

All of our products have an instruction manual enclosed, which provides important information on the correct and proper usage, inspection, and storage in order to operate safely. Please make sure that all users who work with these products understand this information prior to use.

1. Not to use products whose original marks and serial numbers have been removed or altered
2. Not to use products that have been modified or altered
3. To ensure products are used and maintained correctly We strongly suggest that you never use these fake products.

We assume no responsibility for any issues that arise due to using these fake or defective products. These issues may include damage to equipment or serious accidents, such as injury or death. If you are in possession of such products, please stop using them immediately and inform us of when and where you purchased them. You can send pictures to us showing the condition of questionable equipment where you suspect it may be fake. We will do our best to act on this information. As a responsible manufacturer, we wholeheartedly support you by seeking to ensure your safety and security.
